120653: HMS Goliath

The HMS Goliath was a Canopus Class Destroyer pre-dreadnaught  built by Chatham Dockyard in 1898 for the Royal Navy. She served in the First World War and in 1915 was part of the Dardanelles Campaign. HMS Goliath was torpedoed and sunk at Morton Bay, off Cape Helles with the loss of 570 of her 750 crew.
