120128: SS British Yeoman (147491)

The SS British Yeoman was Steam Turbine Tanker built by Palmers Shipbuilders and Iron Co Ltd, Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1923 for the British Tanker Company, London.

 On passage from Curacao to Gibraltar,  on July 15, 1942, the SS British Yeoman was torpedoed and sunk with the loss of 42 crew.
