Norman (1920-1993) was a son of Roderick Shaw and Catherine MacKillop of 32 Backhill. Norman began his education at Berneray School in 1926. Norman was owner of the Catherine. Norman did not marry; the house at 32 Backhill passed to Norman following his parents’ deaths.
