Kintarvie is located to the south of Arivruach. It was detached from Aline and given to Alexander Macaskill, 16 Arivruach as a small-holding on annual rent. There is only one house in Kintarvie but, up until the 1980s, there was a tweed mill, cafe and shop owned by John Montgomery, 12 Arivruach.
