The first tenant of this croft was Duncan Macleod (1791) from 22 Old Gravir and he passed 37 Gravir to his son, Evander Macleod (1931-1908). Evander passed the croft to his son, Lewis (1877-1951).
Lewis passed the croft to his son, Evander Macleod (1910-2004). Evander moved to Newmarket and 37 Gravir was passed to his son.
Duncan's sons, Neil Macleod (1865-1944) and Donald Macleod (1873-1960) were Cottars on the croft. The house was passed to Donald's son, Evander Macleod (1909-2004) and was known as Kebbock View.
