73986: ‘House 5’ Rubha Mor
This was the home of fisherman Norman Paterson and his family from 1853 until the 1880s, when they moved to live on his brother’s croft instead. By 1889 fisherman Donald John MacLennan was living here with his family, having moved from Scalpay. Later it was the home of Peter Morrison.
The property is now known as Ceòl na Mara.
