1 Glen Tolsta was a new croft in 1843, the first occupants were Angus Macinnes and Margaret Macaskill. The croft passed to their youngest son Donald.
Donald Macinnes and Mary Macdonald had four children; the croft passed to their eldest son Norman.
Norman Macinnes married Kirsty Nicolson and the couple had six children; the croft passed to their son John. John never married.
