64913: Maclennan’s Gaelic Dictionary
Early in the 20th century Malcolm Maclennan produced a pronouncing and etymological dictionary of the Gaelic language. It was based on A Pronouncing Gaelic Dictionary by Neil Macalpine, which first appeared in 1831. Maclennan’s dictionary was published by John Grant, Edinburgh, in 1925, and re-published jointly by Acair and Aberdeen University Press in 1979.
