Caitrìona Mhurchaidh Aonghais
Catherine (1865-1938) was a daughter of Murdo Morrison and Isabella Smith, 7 Marvig. In the late 1870s the family moved to 44 Gravir. Her father had exchanged crofts with his sister, Margaret.
At Fraserburgh, in 1892, she married Andrew Nicolson, 15 Lemreway. Catherine and Andrew were Cottars at 44 Gravir and they had eight children.
Around 1914 the family moved to Anderson Road, Stornoway. Catherine was widowed in 1917.
