George (born 1928) was the son of Donald Macleod and Christina Macdonald of 10 New Tolsta.
George married Christina Ann MacIver, of 48 Back, and the couple settled in Glasgow. They had three children: a boy and two girls.
At some point his wife inherited 48 Back.
