Flora Maciver, born to 5 Geshader in 1885, never married.
The Lochcroistean School logbook indicates that in June 1897 when the stipendiary monitor Donald Macdonald was injured, Flora took up the post pro tem.
Flora died in 1957 in Johnstone, Renfrewshire and is buried at Paisley Cemetery, along with her brother Donald and his wife.
