Angus Alexander Macleod
Angus Alexander (1922-1981) was the son of Donald Macleod and Margaret Maciver; the family were cottars at 56 North Tolsta.
In 1928 the family moved to, the newly built, 79 Lochside, North Tolsta.
Angus Alexander was in the Merchant Navy.
He married Lily but it is not clear where they lived.
Later Angus Alexander married Mary Shiach and settled with her in Stornoway Town, Lewis.
During the Second World War he served with the Royal Air Force but was invalided out.
