94152: Gormelia Murray

Gormelia (born 1912) was the daughter of Murdo Murray and Catherine Murray; it is not known where the family were living at the time of her birth. Her paternal grandparents were living at 27 North Tolsta and her maternal grandparents were at 43 Swainbost so either of these addresses is a good possibility.

Sometime between 1913 and 1916 the family moved to Seaview, Hill Street, North Tolsta.

Gormelia married Donald Macleod, of 5 Scalpay, the couple spent their early marriage at Seaview, North Tolsta and had their first child there.

In 1947 the family obtained Westview, North Tolsta. The couple had at their last two sons there. In total they had three sons.

In due course Westview passed to their eldest son.
