93380: John Macleod
John (1853-1905) was the son of Donald Macleod and Christina Murray of 53 North Tolsta.
John married Gormelia Macleod, of 58 North Tolsta, and the couple settled as cottars at 58 North Tolsta. They had eight children there.
In 1898 the family moved to Stornoway and the couple’s final child was born there. In total they had nine children: five girls and four boys.
