93187: Christine Macdonald

Christine (1928-2000) was the daughter of Murdo Macdonald and Christina Maciver; the family were cottars at 48 North Tolsta.

Christine married Ewen Mackenzie, of Scaristavore in Inverness, and the couple settled on the Isle of Skye where they raised a daughter and 2 sons, both of whom predeceased their parents. Christine and Ewen retired to the Inverness area where Christine died. She is buried in North Tolsta with her sons.
