92847: Annie Macdonald

Annie (1811-1882) was the daughter of Norman Macdonald, of Swainbost.

Annie married Angus Murray, who was originally from Swainbost, it is not clear if the couple were living in Old South Tolsta Tack prior to obtaining a croft, in 1830.

In 1830 they obtained 18 Old North Tolsta and had their first child. The couple had all of their children while living at 18 Old North Tolsta; they had six children: four boys and two girls.

In 1853 the family obtained 40 North Tolsta, after the previous occupant had lost the croft.

In due course 40 North Tolsta passed to their son John.
