91303: Donald Maciver
Donald (1897-1973) was the son of John Maciver and Margaret Campbell; the family were cottars at 62 North Tolsta.
During the First World War he served with the Royal Naval Reserves.
Donald married Ann Nicolson, of 9 North Tolsta, and lived with her as cottar at 62 North Tolsta. The couple had at least four of their children here.
During the Second World War he built Bayview, North Tolsta and the family moved there. In total the couple had eight children: four boys and four girls, but it is not clear a which address many of these children were born.
In due course Bayview passed to his eldest son: Donald.
