77719: Murdo MacDonald
Murdo, born in 1901, was the youngest child of John MacDonald and Ann MacLean of Lamerick. Born in 1901, he was a pupil at Berneray School between 1907 and 1917, later in life becoming the school’s caretaker. He was also a church elder.
Murdo was passed the house following his father’s death in 1921. Murdo married Donaldina Munro, living at Lamerick until moving to The Anchorage, Backhill. The house at Lamerick was sold to Jack MacKay.
