77622: Effie MacLean
Effie, born 1785, was the daughter of Donald MacLean. She married Peter MacCusbic, who co-tenanted a croft in Borve with his father John. Together she and Peter were to have at least five children. By 1830 they had moved to Ruisgarry, and in 1845, when Ruisgarry’s many small crofts were re-organised into larger plots, the family was moved to 1b Urgha.
