75869: Donald Martin
Donald was the son of Marjory MacLeod of 17 Ruisgarry (Brusda). Born in 1921, he attended Berneray School from 1927. He became a seaman, making his home in Glasgow.
Donald was well known for the verses he composed. Two of them are available on the Tobar an Dualchais website: Rann mu bhith a’ tachairt ri nigheanan and Òran a’ Fòn.
