Christina was born in 1880, the daughter of John MacLean and Ann MacAskill of 18 Ruisgarry (Brusda). In the 1911 census she is shown as working on her parents’ croft. Christina remained unmarried. At the time of her death, in 1958, she was staying at her brother Donald’s home at Quarry in Backhill.
