74284: Norman Paterson
Norman Paterson, born in 1896, was the son of Alexander Paterson and Christina MacDonald of 9 Ruisgarry (Gunhill). He attended Berneray School between 1901 and 1910, and subsequently assisted his father on the croft. The croft passed to Norman following his father’s death in 1913.
He married Mary Macritchie from 5 Carnish, Uig. They had no children.
