7393: Albert Koch
Albert (1899-1966) was the son of Jeremiah Koch and Hattie May Wilson. The Koch family emigrated to the Ardill district of Saskatchewan in about 1920. Jerry was a remarkable fiddle player; he could imitate almost any sound and entertained at many functions in the Ardill district.
In 1927, Albert married Ann Macaulay formerly of 12 Kirkibost. In 1928, the family relocated to new territory opening up in the Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan area and homesteaded at Dorintosh.
The couple are buried at Woodlawn Cemetery, Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.
