Christina was born in 1815, the daughter of crofter Finlay Morrison and Mary MacLeod. In 1841 she and her husband Donald Campbell were living on Pabbay with their three oldest children. The youngest was born later that year.

By 1861 Christina was widowed and living as a cottar at 1/2 Ruisgarry (Sandhill) on the neighbouring island of Berneray. She became a weaveress and died at the age of 82.
