72887: Christina Marion MacLeod

Christina Marion MacLeod was the youngest child of Murdo MacLeod and Marion MacKay, cottars on 1/2 Ruisgarry (Sandhill). She was born in May 1865 but her mother died just over two weeks later. Christina Marion came to be known simply by her mother’s name – Marion.

Marion married Norman MacLellan of 447 Lochboisdale, where the couple made their home. However, their eldest child, Marion, was born at Sandhill.
