71831: Marion MacLeod
Marion MacLeod was born in 1886, the daughter of Donald MacLeod and Catherine MacAskill of Quay, Berneray. She became a domestic servant and married Neil MacAskill of 11/12 Ruisgarry (Quay). Their only son John was to die in infancy. Marion and Neil later moved to 2 Hoebeg in North Uist, before returning to Quay.
Marion died of supposed influenza in October 1939.
