71011: Murdo Macleod
Murdo (1835-1910) was a son of John Macleod and Christina Macleod, 9 Old Mangersta. After Murdo’s parents died, he and his siblings became cottars. They moved to 10 Doune Carloway in 1872.
Murdo married Mary Macarthur, 15 Borrowston and they settled at 10 Doune Carloway. They had no children.
