Kenneth (1829-1875) was a son of Malcolm Macdonald and Margaret Macritchie, 3 Old Mangersta. He married Ann Macritchie, 7 Aird Uig and they lived as cottars on 3 Old Mangersta. They had three children, one born at 3 Old Mangersta before they relocated as cottars to 8 Doune Carloway in 1872.
