Marion MacLeod was born in 1858, the daughter of John MacLeod and Marion Ferguson of 1/2 Ruisgarry (Sandhill).
She worked as a domestic servant and, in 1888, married ground officer Alexander Morrison from Lingerbay, which is presumably where they made their home.
