Peggy (born 1897) was a daughter of Donald Buchanan and Isabella Buchanan, 6 Kneep. She married Rev John Newall and they had three children. They lived in several places, where ever John carried out his ministry; on the Isle of Coll before moving to Ullapool, Scourie, Strathconon and Resolis.

Peggy and John retired to Inverness.
