62948: Mary Kennedy
Mary Kennedy (1923-2018) was a daughter of Alexander Kennedy and Catherine Mackenzie, 13 Marvig. She left Lewis and worked as a Domestic Servant in Glasgow. Mary later trained as a nurse.
At Blythswood, Glasgow, in 1949, she married Donald Smith, Cleascro. Mary and Donald settled at 2090 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow and they had four children. The family moved to Drumchapel and later to Jordanhill. Mary returned to nursing and was a District Nurse.
