58629: Effie Macleod
Effie (1816-1880) was a daughter of Donald Macleod and Catherine Macinnes, 14 Old Orinsay.
She was the only member of her family not to emigrate to Cape Breton, Canada.
In Lochs, in 1838, she married Roderick Campbell, 11 Marvig. Effie and Roderick settled at 2 Old Steimreway where eight of their ten children were born.
Old Steimreway was cleared in 1857 and the family removed to 28 Lemreway.
