Christina Bain Hendry (1930-2004) was the daughter of William Hendry and Margaret MacKay from Leodbist near Latheronwheel in Caithness. She was brought up in Glasgow at 133 Berkeley Street.
At Kelvin, Glasgow, in 1961, she married Donald Macleod, 6 Garyvard. Donald and Christina settled at 32 Nithsdale Drive , Strathbungo, Glasgow and they had a daughter, Margaret. The family later moved to 6 Garyvard.
