56006: Donald Macdonald

Donald, born 1894, was the eldest son of Malcolm Macdonald and Catherine Macdonald, 16b Tobson and latterly, 8 Croir. Donald was physically disabled and unable to live on his own. As an adult he was cared for by his younger brother John Macdonald and John’s wife Mary Campbell at West Earshader and later at 2 Hacklete, where he died.
