53160: Catherine Campbell
Catherine Campbell (1893-1984) was a daughter of John Campbell and Ann Carmichael, 31 Lemreway.
In Lochs in 1920 she married John Carmichael, 16 Lemreway. Catherine and John were cottars at 16 Lemreway and they had seven children. In 1922 the family moved to 3 Orinsay.
When John was tragically drowned in the Orinsay drownings in 1945, she and the remainder of her unmarried children moved to Stornoway.
