Murdo (1785-1857) was a son of Norman Macmillan and Christina Macleod; It is not clear where the family were living at the time of his birth.
By 1814 the family were settled at 12 Old Eishken.
He married Christina Montgomery, 36 Balallan. Murdo and Christina settled at 12 Old Eishken and they had a son, Donald.
In 1835 the family moved to 7 Old Steimreway.
Murdo was widowed in 1856 and he died the following year.
