Alasdair Alasdair Aonghais
Alexander (born 1829) was a son of Alexander Macdonald and Margaret Smith, 5 Garyvard.
At Barvas, in 1860, he married Ann Maciver from Barvas. Alexander and Ann lived at 5 Garyvard where they had five of their six children. Alexander's parents and unmarried siblings moved to 10 Garyvard around 1870 and Alexander and family moved to Newton Street, Stornoway.
