Marjory (1830-1900) was a daughter of John Macleod and Ann Macleod, 1 Garyvard. Her father was a soldier with a large croft. He split the croft and gave one half to his daughter which became 11 Garyvard.
At Crossbost, in 1854, she married Alexander Macleod, 6 Garyvard. Marjory and Alexander settled at 11 Garyvard and they had ten children.
