5005: Mary Mackenzie
Mary (1887-1965) was the daughter of Malcolm Mackenzie and Margaret Mackenzie of 7b Keose.
In 1911 she married William Gray Ross, a gamekeeper at Soval. They had seven children.
In 1924 the family moved to Marybank, Stornoway.
Mary was widowed in 1931 and by 1934 she was living at 63 Bayhead Street, Stornoway when she married Angus Macleod of 57 Keith Street and Carloway. Mary was Angus’s second wife.
