Annabella (1799-1876) was a daughter of John Macarthur and Margaret Smith, 20 Cromore.
In Lochs, in 1823, she married Angus Macleod, 16 Old Lemreway. Annabella and Angus settled at Orinsay until 1839 when they moved to 6 Old Lemreway. The couple had eight children. In 1843 the family moved to Crobeg.
Annabella was widowed in 1869 and went to live with her bachelor son, Roderick at 6 Torostay.
