Isabella (1841-1875) was a daughter of Alexander Kennedy and Margaret Smith, 4 Old Steimreway. After her father's death in 1845, Isabella and her mother moved to her grandparent's croft at 24 Cromore.
Her mother re-married to John Kennedy, 17 Cromore and Isabella lived there before her marriage.
In Lochs, in 1861, she married Donald Macleod, 15 Cromore. Isabella and Donald settled at 15 Cromore and they had eight daughters, only three of whom survived.
Isabella had Tuberculosis and died in childbirth aged 33.
