Murdo John (1932-2007) was a son of Angus Maclennan and Mary Bell Mackenzie, 18 Marvig.
In Lochs, in 1960, he married Catherine Isabella Nicolson, 7 Cromore. Murdo John and Catherine Isabella settled on 7 Cromore and they had three children.
He was a crew member of the family owned fishing boat, the Seafarer and later a school bus driver.
