4439: John Macritchie
Iain Mhurchaidh Phàdruig
John (1830-1874) was a son of Murdo Macritchie and Mary Macleod, 10 Old Gravir. His father obtained 21 Gravir in the 1852 lotting.
In Lochs, in 1863, he married Margaret Macleod, 48 Leurbost. John and Margaret were Cottars at 21 Gravir and they had six children.
John's sister, Isabella married Margaret's brother, John.
John died young.
