Murchadh Chaluim Mhurchaidh

Murdo  (1878-1906) was a son of Malcolm and Mary Macleod, 10 Balallan and a twin of Donald.

The family moved to 4 Kershader in 1890.

Murdo emigrated to Canada and settled at Lake Megantic. He was a bachelor and while visiting  Graniteville, Washington County,  Vermont he died of Typhoid Fever, aged 27.  The Reverend Malcolm Macleod, Murdo's Uncle and John, his brother accompanied his remains back to Canada.

He was buried in the Echo Vale Cemetery, Lake Megantic.
