Johanna (1885-1962) was a daughter of Angus Macphail and Christy Macaskill, 19 Gravir.
At St Giles, Edinburgh, in 1908, she married Malcolm Chisholm of 29 Gravir. Johanna and Malcolm settled in Inverness and they had ten children. An account of their family life was written by their daughter, Christina.
Johanna was widowed in 1947.
