3717: Malcolm Macarthur
Malcolm, born in 1871, was a son of Angus and Margaret nee Mackenzie. He was born in Bosta but, when Kirkibost was re-settled in 1878, the family moved to No 1. He settled on the croft after his marriage to Mary Macdonald from Tobson and had a family of nine, five dying in infancy.
