Angus (born 1841) was a son of Farquhar Macdonald and his first wife, Hannah Macleod, 3 Geshader. He was married to Ann Macleod, 11 Breaclete.

Angus was the first tenant of 13 Breaclete and settled there with his wife and family.  They had eight children.
