3403: Catherine Campbell

Catherine Campbell, born circa 1796 to William Campbell and Henrietta Macdonald at Capadil was the wife of Donald Matheson of 5 Enaclete. They were living at Pennydonald at the time of their daughter Ann’s birth, in 1825, and later lived in 8 Carishader and Geshader.

According to oral tradition, she lived as a widow at 2 Geshader. She died in 1885.
