Charles Beattie (1841-1909) was a son of Walter Beattie and Agnes Hunter, Shepherd’s House, Eishken.
The family moved to Timsgarry in 1857 and later to Ardnamurchan.
Charles married Christina Grant from Skye. They settled on the Isle of Skye and they had a large family.
His death was registered in Tobermory.
