Donald Finlay Ferguson (1915-1981) son of Ewen Ferguson and Catherine Morrison, 30 Laxay served with the Seaforth Highlanders Pioneer Corps during the Second World War. He married Mary E Hay from 3 North Shawbost. They lived in Stornoway, Golspie and then in Fort William.
